Chemical drums require heavy block pallets (EPAL standard) because chemical warehouses utilize automated racking systems. Spills must be prevented, requiring robust structures with no loose nails.

3. Heavy Stretch Wrap & Strapping

Drums are bound together using high-tension polyester straps and multi-layer stretch wrap (23 to 35 micron thick). This secures them to the wooden base, turning them into a single monolithic unit that will not slide during ocean transit waves.
