1. Heavyweight Ceramics Logistics

Ceramics and porcelain tiles are high-density materials. A single pallet stack can weigh over 1.5 to 2 tons. This extreme pressure requires solid foundation structures that won't flex or collapse under stack pressures in transit.

2. Reinforced Heavy-Duty Block Pallets

For ceramics, we construct reinforced block pallets (منصات الدكم الثقيلة) using thick hardwood deck boards and dense composite or wood blocks. These provide 4-way forklift entry, making loading inside container cargo spaces extremely safe.

3. Marble & Granite Packaging Crates

Polished marble slabs are packed vertically in thick wooden crates (A-Frames) lined with foam or rubber pads. This prevents scratching and balances the extreme weight along the center floor rails of the container.
