ISO quality systems (9001, 14001, 45001) and ISPM-15 heat treatment with IPPC stamp for international export.
Heat Treatment (HT) Certificates
All export pallets are heat-treated (Heat Treatment) with IPPC stamp per the ISPM-15 international standard (56°C wood core for 30 min) — our accredited facility code: EG-145, with treatment provided free of charge for bulk quantities. MB methyl bromide fumigation is provided via certified stations where the destination requires it, and we exempt the client from any procedures.
European Sizing
Our pallets follow the widely circulated European 120×80 cm (EUR 1) dimensions compatible with EPAL-system logistics, designed to fit European trucks and standard door openings.
ISO 9001:2015 — Quality Management System
The factory earned ISO 9001:2015 quality-management certification (scope: supplying and trading of woods) from ICERT, an Egyptian body accredited by EGAC (CAB 119008) — certificate no. ICERT/EG/QMS/0305/23.
ISO 14001:2015 — Environmental Management System
The factory earned ISO 14001:2015 environmental-management certification from EGAC-accredited ICERT (CAB 119008) — certificate no. ICERT/EG/EMS/0015/23 — and continues to apply sustainability policies across timber processing and waste handling.
ISO 45001:2018 — Occupational Health & Safety
The factory earned ISO 45001:2018 occupational health & safety certification from EGAC-accredited ICERT (CAB 119008) — certificate no. ICERT/EG/OHSMS/0017/23 — with continuous training and strict preventive safety programs.
Internal Quality Control System
We apply rigid QC systems monitoring every batch. Inspections cover raw pine timber testing, nail spacing compliance, and final structural performance.
