Standard 120x100 Pallet: Video of the Default Factory Design
The standard pallet is our default design: a 10-board deck 75 mm wide at even spacing, 3 stringers, 9 blocks and an open base of three lengthwise boards. It uses the least timber of the three designs, which is exactly why it is the economical choice for day-to-day handling.
Assembly order, exactly as shown in the video
- 1
Top deck
10 boards, 75 mm wide and 16 mm thick at even spacing — more deck coverage from less timber.
- 2
Stringers
3 stringers, 1200 mm long and 19 mm thick, tie the deck to the blocks and spread the load across the base.
- 3
Blocks
9 blocks of 75x75 mm at 75 mm height in 3 rows — the same block layout as the industrial design.
- 4
Bottom base
3 lengthwise boards on an open base: the lightest of the three designs, made to sit straight on a container or warehouse floor.
- 5
Where it fits
Internal storage and daily handling in warehouses and factories, plus local shipping — not rough loading or high stacking.
Questions buyers ask about the standard pallet
Why choose the standard over the industrial pallet?
Because it is the lightest (12.5 kg) and uses the least timber, which makes it the right fit for daily handling in warehouses and factories and for local shipping that does not involve rough loading.
Can I export on it?
Yes, and it ships heat-treated (HT) with the ISPM-15 stamp like the rest of our designs. If the load is handled roughly or stacked high, the industrial or box pallet is the better match.
Can I adjust the design before ordering?
Yes — the 3D customizer on this site lets you change the size, board count and block count, preview the result, and send us the design with your quote request.
