Assembly order, exactly as shown in the video

Top deck
8 boards, 100 mm wide and 16 mm thick, evenly spaced across the 1200 mm length — that spacing is what stops cartons sagging between boards.

Stringers
3 stringers, 1200 mm long and 19 mm thick, tie the deck to the blocks and spread the load across the whole base instead of a single point.

Blocks
9 blocks of 75x75 mm at 75 mm height in 3 rows — leaving forklift entry from all four sides.

Bottom base
3 lengthwise bottom boards (1.6x7.5x120 cm) on an open base: the lightest option with the least timber, suited to sitting straight on a container floor.

Fastening
Two nails at every joint between stringer, block and bottom board — the joint is what decides how many trips a pallet survives.
Questions buyers ask about the industrial pallet
What is the difference between the industrial and the standard pallet?
The industrial deck is 8 boards 100 mm wide and weighs 13.3 kg; the standard is 10 boards 75 mm wide at 12.5 kg. The industrial takes rougher handling and export shipping, while the standard is the economical choice for internal storage and handling.
Does the pallet arrive heat-treated and export-ready?
Yes. We supply heat-treated (HT) pallets with the ISPM-15 stamp and the treatment record, and where the destination requires methyl bromide fumigation we arrange it through certified stations with all the paperwork.
